• However, slight variations in colour may occur due to screen settings, lighting conditions, and device displays.

• Handmade and textile-based products may naturally vary slightly in embroidery placement, weave, texture, or finish, making each piece unique.

3. Product Availability

• All products are subject to availability. 

• As every product is made-to-order, we reserve the right to discontinue or modify any product without prior notice.

4. Pricing

• All prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees (₹).

• Prices may change without prior notice. 

• The price applicable at the time of placing the order will be considered final.

5. Order Acceptance

• Receiving an order confirmation email does not constitute final acceptance of the order. 

• ShaDe Atelier reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in exceptional circumstances, including pricing errors, suspected fraudulent activity, or product unavailability.

6. Made-to-Order Products

• All ShaDe Atelier products are made after receiving confirmed orders.

• Production begins shortly after order confirmation. Therefore, orders cannot be modified once production has started.

7. Measurements & Product Sizes

• Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size before placing an order. 

• Please review the product dimensions carefully. 

• ShaDe Atelier cannot be held responsible for incorrect size selections made during checkout.

8. Care Instructions

• Customers are advised to follow the care instructions provided with each product. 

• Improper washing, ironing, bleaching, or handling may damage the product and void eligibility for returns or exchanges.

• All product designs, embroidery concepts, website content, photographs, graphics, branding, logos, and written material are the exclusive intellectual property of ShaDe Atelier unless otherwise stated.
