RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

• Due to the nature of home decor products, we only accept returns or exchanges in case of :

1. Damaged Products

2. Manufacturing Defects

3. Incorrect Product Received

4. Defects Due to Shipping Transit

• Conditions :

1. Request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery, with clear unboxing photos/videos.

2. Products must be unused and in original packaging.

3. Once request raised, we analyse the photos/ videos from your end for return eligibility.

• Approved claims will be eligible for : 

1. Replacement or

2. Refund

Note : Clearance sale products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order. After processing begins, cancellations will not be possible.

After this time, orders cannot be cancelled as production begins immediately.

REFUND POLICY

Approved refunds will be processed within 7 – 10 working days to the original mode of payment.

PRIVACY POLICY

We respect your privacy. Your personal information is used only for order processing and communication purposes. We never share your data with third parties.

• Handmade and textile-based products may have minor natural variations.

• Dispatch timeline is 7–14 working days.

• Dispatch timelines are estimates and may vary.

• ShaDe Atelier reserves rights to modify products, pricing, and policies without prior notice.
